This is Girl, drifting in her own cosmos of comfort.
Sometimes it seems as though cats don’t dwell entirely in this world. Gravity doesn’t have the same hold on them; their lithe bodies defy the laws of mechanics and their paws often seem to make no contact with the ground.
Similarly, when they rest or sleep, their little bodies seem to levitate like cherubs in old paintings, or scud like clouds in a scenic time-lapse. (If you imaginatively remove the mundane background, which I think you can do.)
Today’s collection is of cats rolling and lounging, and at the same time drifting in their unattached feline world. Each one is secure in its comfort and the kind attentions of its human workforce. Scroll and enjoy!
