A Napier Lotto player is richer in time for Christmas.

A Lotto player in Napier is $1 million better off, just in time for Christmas, after winning First Division on Saturday’s draw.

The winning ticket was sold at Andrew Spence Pharmacy.

One Strike player also won $200,000 after purchasing a ticket from Mangakino Four Square.

Powerball was not struck, and has jack potted to $8m for Wednesday’s draw.

Lotto NZ’s Christmas promotion starts Sunday, with over 300 extra prizes to be won, including a guaranteed million-dollar winner, 300 $5000 cash prizes and five all-electric Mercedes-benz EQCs.

Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above stores should write their name on the back of their ticket and check it at any Lotto NZ outlet, online at mylotto.co.nz, or through the Lotto NZ App.
